Building Materials Ltd Do it Center is making sure its customers know how much they are appreciated by rewarding them for shopping. Through the Do It Center loyalty card, customers receive five percent back on all purchases at the end of each year.

Monday, March 21st, some of the most loyal customers were awarded their rebates for 2009 purchases, by the Do It Center management personally, showing the strength of the commitment towards customer loyalty. “We are really glad to be here to honour our loyal customers from our Best Rewards programme, which gives back to our very loyal customers for their annual purchases in our store. For us, it is a pleasure to recognize our customers,” said Gabriel Czemerys, Do It Center General Manager.

Financial Controller Darren Leon assured that the rebates for all customers are in the works,  “We will be getting all the loyalty rebates to all of our customers, and again it is a pleasure for us to be able to give this back to them. We encourage our customers that are not currently enrolled in the programme to come and benefit from Best Rewards so that at the end of the year you can have a nice lump sum payment waiting on you!” 

The programme is free-to-join at Building Materials Ltd Do it Center. Sara Allen, Accounts Receivables Clerk, explained that the process is simple: “Visit customer service, you sign up and it takes a month to be processed.  We will call you to remind you that your card is ready, and every time you shop you scan your card at the register.”
